Overview
Users can create several records at once from an unknown email address, with the values prefilled by AI and the records linked to each other.
Create New
Clicking on the "Create New" button in the right hand panel gives options which depend on whether AI Record Enrichment under Voyager 2 AI is activated for the user's role. Voyager 2 options are managed in the Admin Module>Automation Hub and permissions set for User Roles in the Admin Module>Units, Users & Roles.
With it activated, Create with AI is offered and opens the Create New Records dialogue. Create Lead, Create Account, and Create Contact open an AI-prefilled create form.
Without AI Record Enrichment activated, Create with AI is not displayed. Create Account and Create Contact open a create form with only the email prefilled; Create Lead prefills the email address into both quick name fields, Account and Contact.

When you click on Create with AI, the assistant will begin gathering data to create suggested records
When it's finished, an infobox states "Voyager AI extracted x records from this email and prefilled the fields from the message body" together with information about how many AI credits were used.
Record selection is done with checkboxes for Lead, Contact, and Account under the label Select & Review records:; all are selected by default.
Record cards resemble the cards on the record detail. The fields shown are driven by the "{Entity} Card View" setting in Admin → Entities → {Entity} → Interface.
Unselected cards are greyed out; selected cards render normally.
Click on the down arrow on the right of each card to see the information that will be pre-filled. Deselect any records that you do not want to be created. Click on "Create x records" when you are ready.
Create with AI — behavior
AI selects a suitable form and prefills the field values in the background.
Required field validation is relaxed on create, so a record is created even when some required fields stay empty. Record names are always prefilled.
When several entities are selected, they are linked to each other wherever possible.
If only Lead is selected, the email address is added to one of the quick name fields — Account or Contact — recognising whether it is a company or a personal address. If Lead is selected together with at least one other record, the email address is added only to the other record.
A toast is shown for each created record with the option to open it; three selected records produce three toasts.
NOTE: all customers have a monthly allowance of free AI credits. Once these are used, Voyager 2 will switch off until either paid-for credits are added or the next monthly allowance period begins and free credits are reset.
