Here is a short video explaining the Coevera MS Outlook Inbox Add-In ⤵

So, you've got Coevera Cloud, you've installed the Mobile App and you have the MS Outlook Add-In. Now all you need to do is click on a phone number from the panel on the right hand side when the Coevera Add-In is open and then confirm the call on your mobile phone ⤵

NOTE: By using this feature, you are using your own cell phone service provider for calling your customers.

TIP: You can use this feature almost everywhere throughout the Coevera application, where you are able to access the phone number.
