When using the background email capture option, by default email file attachments are not uploaded into your Pipeliner database when the email is copied into Pipeliner (you can still access them from the original email, of course). If you do want attachments to be saved into Pipeliner, and accessible from the Feeds tab, enable the options here and specify a file size limit if you choose (this can be helpful to prevent large presentation files being uploaded, for example).

You can limit the size of files attached to the Documents tab of a record in the same way as you can for email file attachments and can also specify file types that cannot be attached. There’s a list already populated for you with the obviously dangerous file types already excluded!
