You may receive email(s) about your data not being fully synchronized with Pipeliner. Below is an explanation how to respond to the emails.

Common Exchange email errors

The Error Report that you might receive as an Email relates to the MS Exchange integration in Pipeliner.

There are several common causes of this email error report which generally relate to the mail server’s communication. Pipeliner’s mail server talks to your mail server ‘behind the scenes’ and, if that communication is disrupted, an error email will be generated.

If one of the servers is too busy with queries (sending/receiving emails) it might give a time out response to the other. The time-out state usually only lasts a few seconds but it is long enough for our server to generate an error. The text of the error usually references the server being unreachable/unavailable, or even that auto-discovery has failed, but there is nothing to be worried about.

By the time you receive the error email, the temporary problem will have been resolved and your data will have been fully synchronized.

If you receive an error stating

Wrong username or password — this means your email password has expired/changed since you enabled the integration and needs to be changed in Pipeliner. Follow the steps in this article Changing Password for Exchange/Office 365 integration.
