Pipeliner’s billing policy — terms for adding and cancelling, license reduction and billing policy to understand the auto-renewal conditions

Billing Policy

We bill you for your subscription service in advance of your service period. The amount you are billed is based on your available user license count, not on the active users in the application.

The invoice start date is determined by the date that you first signed up for your subscription. Payment is due to Pipelinersales Corporation on the first day of the service period, for the following year, unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Example

If you need 5 Pipeliner user licenses, you would pay $65 per month per user which is $3,900 per year (which equals $325 monthly). Purchase value is $325 X 12 months = $3,900.

Adding Licenses Mid-Term

Except as otherwise specified in your contract, all new user licenses will expire on the same date as the first user license and will be renewed thereafter for joint successive terms of 12 (twelve) months each at the then current fees in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Any additional license added will be prorated based of your start date with Pipeliner CRM.

NOTE: From 30 days prior to renewal, please contact us at customer-success@pipelinersales.com in case you want to add more licenses to your subscription as you will not be able to do it manually.

EXAMPLE: If you need to add 5 Pipeliner User Licenses mid year, you would pay for 6 months instead 12 months. Monthly: 5 licenses X $65 = $325. Purchase value: $325 X 6 months = $1,950.

Cancelling Licenses Mid-Term

If you choose to cancel a license mid-term, your license will not be available for use by another user. There will be no refund for licenses canceled mid-term.

NOTE: To avoid being charged for additional licenses you do not need, you must cancel licenses or provide written notice of license cancellation at least 30 days prior to the end of a contract term.

Renewal, License Reduction and Cancellation Policy

Services obtained from Pipeliner through cloud computing services will be for an initial period of 12 months and will automatically renew for successive terms of 12  months each at the then current Fees and existing number of licenses.

Your renewal invoice will be automatically generated and sent to you 15 days prior to your subscription anniversary date and payment will be due no later than your renewal date for the following 12 month period. 

Please note that notice of cancellation of the subscription, or a decrease in licenses, must be provided in writing at least 30 days prior to the end of the current contract term (subscription anniversary date), as detailed in our Terms, or the contract will auto renew as is for the following term.

You can purchase licenses directly from within Pipeliner.

  • You can pay with a Credit Card, check or bank transfer.

Is it possible to be billed on monthly basis instead of paying for the whole year?

  • Billing is available only on a yearly basis.

Is it possible to transfer already purchased license from one user to another?

  • Yes — you can transfer license from one user to another in Pipeline Settings – Users & Rights. You can either reassign a license from one user to another, or you can invite a new user to your Pipeline.

Is the value added tax (VAT) included in the price of license? (European Union Only)

  • No. All prices are without VAT. VAT is then included into the Pipeliner license price during the purchase process within the European Union.

Can I have a refund?

  • Payments cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
