Research from the Gartner Group illustrates the increasing complexity of the purchasing process “In a typical firm with 100-500 employees, an average of 7 people are involved in most buying decisions (Gartner Group).

Pipeliner’s Buying Center already allows you to visualise the decision makers and influencers for individual deals.

The new Contacts Relation Graph now also allows your teams to map the complex network of inter-relationships between Contacts that can help you leverage existing relationships to get a foot in the door for new business.

🙋‍♀️ How could I use Contacts Relations?

You can add new relationships here in the "Contacts Relations" tab and enable your users to then map out those important relationships within the Web App.

  • Who do you know who is part of the same networking organisation as one of your target contacts?

  • Do you have a strong relationship with a contact who used to work with one of the decision makers you’re trying to reach?

  • Have you worked with a consultant who’s working with your target?

These are all examples of the sort of relationship you might create as relationships and then use in the Contacts Relations Graph in the App.
