Using the RingCentral Integration to Coevera

Learn how to activate RingCentral with the Coevera automation hub.

This chargeable add-on enables you to click-to-dial from the Coevera Web App using RingCentral. This integration uses the RingCentral Embedded Widget.

PRE-REQUISITES: In order to use this integration, you will need to have a Coevera Cloud subscription and a RingCentral account (RingCentral). Please contact your Account Manager to discuss the costs of adding to your subscription.

How to activate the RingCentral integration in the Coevera Automation Hub

From the Admin Module, click on the "Automation Hub" Menu Item.

Find the RingCentral integration ⤵

Click on the RingCentral card and then “Request” to request activation of the integration for your space ⤵

How does it work?

Once enabled

When you click on any phone number from inside the Coevera web app, the call will launch via RingCentral

The phone number in the "To:" field in the RingCentral widget will be the phone number that you clicked on ⤵
