For a more detailed picture, one click takes you directly to a visual representation associated with the email address, from which you can drill down into CRM data. Moreover, if you want to create new records associated with a newly received email, you can do it directly within Outlook. Just create a task or even access your contacts from right within Outlook.

The Pipeliner CRM Inbox Add-in only works with Outlook.com free account, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange On-Premises 2013/2016. Pipeliner CRM Inbox Add-in works only with Microsoft products (no Google Apps supported). 

How to enable the Add-in in Outlook 2013/2016

Look for the Store button on the Outlook Home Ribbon (applies to Outlook 2016 only).

If you use Microsoft Office 2016, click the Store button, which will open the Microsoft Add-In store.

Search for Pipeliner as shown below and click the ''ON'' button.

That is all. Once you exit from the Microsoft Store, the Pipeliner Add-in will be enabled in your Outlook.

How to enable the Pipeliner CRM Inbox Add-in on O365/Exchange

Open your favorite browser and browse to https://login.microsoftonline.com. Login with your https://login.microsoftonline.com email credentials.

When logged in, click on the cog wheel icon at the top right-hand corner of your email, and browse to manage integrations.

In the search bar presented to you, type “Pipeliner” and search for the Add-In

Click the button ON. That is all – no installation needed.

Close your Outlook. 

When you open it next time, the Add-In will be present.
