What will appear in the Feed?

Emails could appear in the feed:

  • If you have automatic integration with your email program, those emails that were sent or received to or from anyone whose email address is already in Pipeliner prior to sending or receiving that email.
  • If you are using the Microsoft Outlook Addin. Utilizing that tool would allow you to individually copy specific emails into Pipeliner. Those emails would appear in the Feed.

A message that you or someone on your team posted in the feed directly.

How to add a message to the Feed

Whenever you see the Feed, you can add a message to that specific record. Here is an example of adding a message to the feed when I am in the Opportunity Form, then share that with my team so they could all see it.

In following example the Compact View has been opened while in the Opportunity menu, a specific Opportunity was selected, then in the Feed section click on the "Create New Message" button:

Complete the fields. In the watcher’s field select the individuals or groups of team members that you would like to see this message. Link this message to the other entities related to this Opportunity if you would like this to appear in the feed of the other entities (because your other teammates may not have looked at their Options button to ensure that “related” messages is turned on).

Click on "Post":
