What if you could enter a single piece of data—and the rest would be filled in automatically?

It’s a high-tech age, and high-tech solutions are the order of the day. Introducing Pipeliner CRM Automatic Data Profiling:

Automatic Data Profiling: Saving Hours of Sales Rep’s Work

Automatic data profiling auto profile the following Pipeliner CRM entities:

  • Contacts – when you enter an email address for any contact.
  • Accounts – when you enter a home page URL for any account.

When you enter an email address for any Contact or home page URL for any Account, Pipeliner automatically fills in the Contact and Account record with publicly available information like: avatar, address, title, social media accounts, and more, saving you time and effort.

Important is that Pipeliner CRM will only return data when there is high probability of an exact match (no dirty data!).

How the Automatic Data Profiling Works?

In the following next steps, we show you how the automatic data profiling works on the contact record. The classical situation is the following: Someone contacts you over the email and writes you an email that they would like to purchase your product. In the terms of CRM this is a sales lead. It means that the only information about the person you have is the name and the email address.

Because Pipeliner CRM autofills the data of your contact based on the contact’s email address, we need to add only the name and email address into the contact record.

Important: Pipeliner CRM analysis publicly available information during your sync process. Please note that this could take a while and it does not update your contact or account data immediately. Moreover, some of the contacts and accounts (based on the provided email address or URL home page) should not be found. Keep in mind that if the data for your some of you contacts and accounts are not automatically fill-ed in it means that those records do not have this information publicly available.
