Feeds in Accounts/Contacts/Leads and Opportunities

Feeds in Accounts

Only emails that are a 100% match to the email addresses listed in the Account details will be displayed.

For example: if you have in the account details listed e-mails company@company.com and info@company.com, and you send an email to sales@company.com, this email will not be displayed in the Feeds section.

Feeds in Contacts

Only emails that are a 100% match to the email addresses listed in the Account details will be displayed.

For example: If the email address john.doe@company.com is in the Contact details, and you send an email to jdoe@company.com, this email will not be displayed.

Feeds in Opportunities and Leads

Only e-mails sent to assigned existing Accounts and Contacts will be displayed.

Email Feeds are not meant to be used for inter-departmental communication. If, for example, Joe and Martin work for the same company, and they try to follow up on a contact called Peter. Joe will see Martin’s emails to Peter in Feeds and vice versa, but emails from Joe to Martin won’t be shown.
