6 Practical Tools To Assist You with Pipeliner CRM Reports
With Pipeliner, we have gone the extra mile to ensure that reporting is as simple and intuitive as the rest of Pipeliner's features--no special skills, admin or other tech assistance needed. Here are the tools you can use to excel with Pipeliner CRM Reports:
#1: Drill-down Capabilities
Sometimes you just need to learn more about the record details within the report. With Pipeliner you can drill down to the report records by simply clicking on the record row within the report.
TIP: You can now review all records within the report by clicking through them in the left column.
#2: Column Resize
When you are using many columns within a report, you may not be able to read all the information within the cells. But with Pipeliner CRM you can easily resize the column with drag-and-drop action using your mouse.
#3: Column Sorting
Sorting is one of the most used Pipeliner CRM Reports tools. You can sort the data in the report by setting up the report settings. But you can now do it directly within the report itself by simply clicking the column name.
TIP: Do not forget to save these settings within the report settings.
#4: Share Reports
Yes, you can share reports with your team. For example you can create a report for, and share it with, your sales manager and not have to create duplicate reports.
#5: My Reports
When you work within a team, most probably you are creating many reports. Sometimes you would like to see just the reports you created. Beside "Favorites" and "All Reports" you can now select "My Reports" from the dropdown. These are your reports only.
#6: "Save As" Option
Sometimes you find a report created by your teammate to be a really good one, but you want to change something in it. In this case, just use the "Save As" option. You'll save the changes you made to the report, and it will be created as a new one.
