Use the power of Voyager AI to analyse the content of email conversations

Overview

Powerful and secure new features added to our Voyager AI assistant allow you to analyse the content of an email thread or conversation. The AI can create a Summary or Action Points based on the content of the emails, Suggest a Reply based on previous content or perform a Text Analysis of the content for sentiment & tone, categorise the main themes and extract personal details.

All data remains within your secure Pipeliner AWS environment at all times when using these new features so there is no risk to your customer data.

Accessing the AI within an Email Thread

From within an email or email conversation thread on the Feeds tab of a record or from the main Feeds menu, click on the AI dropdown to access the following options:

Summary - create a summary of the email thread/conversations

Action Points - create action points based on the email(s) content

Suggested reply - create a suggested email response based on the content

Text Analysis - analyse the content for sentiment & tone, categorise and extract personal details

Create a Summary

From within an email/email thread, click on the AI dropdown and select Create Summary

Once the summary is generated, you can edit the suggested text using the rich text editor ⤵

You can also choose from the following options:

  • Get Alternative Result - the AI assistant will reword the summary

  • Copy to clipboard - copy the text to the clipboard

  • Save as

    • Task - new task will be created with the subject: “Re: {Email subject}“, description: “{suggested summary text}“, priority: normal, status: Not Started

    • Appointment - a new appointment will be created with the subject: “Re: {Email subject}“, description: “{suggested summary text}“

    • Document (pdf) - a pdf file will be created based on the suggested summary text

  • Create Email - you can create a new standard email with the suggested summary text included in the body of the email

Create Action Points

From within an email or email thread, click on the AI dropdown and select Create Action Points

Once the Action Points are generated, you can edit the suggested text using the rich text editor ⤵

You can also choose from the following options:

  • Get Alternative Result - the AI assistant will reword the action points

  • Copy to clipboard - copy the text to the clipboard

  • Save as

    • Task - new task will be created with the subject: “Re: {Email subject}“, description: “{suggested action points text}“, priority: normal, status: Not Started

    • Appointment - a new appointment will be created with the subject: “Re: {Email subject}“, description: “{suggested action points text}“

    • Document (pdf) - a pdf file will be created based on the suggested action pointstext

  • Create Email - you can create a new standard email with the suggested action points text included in the body of the email

Suggest Reply

From within an email or email thread, click on the AI dropdown and select Suggest Reply

Voyager AI will create a suggested reply based on the content and you can then edit the text using the rich text editor. You can also choose from the following options:

  • Get Alternative Result - the AI assistant will reword the suggested reply

  • Copy to clipboard - copy the text to the clipboard

  • Save as

    • Task - new task will be created with the subject: “Re: {Email subject}“, description: “{suggested reply text}“, priority: normal, status: Not Started

    • Appointment - a new appointment will be created with the subject: “Re: {Email subject}“, description: “{suggested reply text}“

    • Document (pdf) - a pdf file will be created based on the suggested reply text

  • Create Email - you can create a new standard email with the suggested reply text included in the body of the email

Text analysis

Text Analysis is available in:

  • Rich text fields

  • Notes

  • Email detail

  • Email editor

From within an email or email thread, click on the AI dropdown and select Text Analysis

The Text Analysis dialogue box will then display:

  • Sentiment & Tone - the AI defines the sentiment and tone of the or email(s)

  • Categorization tags - the AI tries to extract the main themes/topics from the text and provide a maximum of 5 tags. These tags are purely informative and cannot be used for reporting.

  • Personal Information - the AI will extract personal information such as

    • Names - click on the link to then create a new record or copy the details

    • Emails - click on the link to create an email or copy the email address

    • Addresses - click on the link to copy the address

    • URLs - click on the link to open or copy the URL

    • Phone numbers - click on the link to call the number using the browser or mobile or copy the number

Frequently Asked Questions

What AI Models do you use?

The Voyager AI uses multiple Amazon AI services (Amazon Bedrock with AI model: Haiku and Amazon Comprehend) to provide an analysis of the email/email thread or any other texts.

Is my customer data at risk? / Where is our data sent for processing? / How do we know our data is secure?

These Voyager AI features use only Amazon AI services. The entire Pipeliner environment and the new AI features both run within the same geolocated AWS environment. Amazon AI processed data will NEVER leave this environment or geolocation. Any of your data processed by Amazon AI is not stored and used to train models in Amazon.
