Pipeliner’s Menu is on the bottom of the screen running horizontally ⤵

Clicking on any menu will take you the the screens related to that menu option.

The Navigator Menu

The Navigator Menu provides an easy way to start your day and keep track of activities you (or your team) have coming up, are those that are past due, or even providing suggestions of some of the possible activities that have not been created yet. The Navigator Menu also provides a quick overview of some of the topic numbers such as the total value of Opportunities that were won or lost and how close you or your company is to meeting target goals ⤵

The Leads Menu

The Leads Menu allows you to create Leads, modify them and view and organize or sort them (or those of your team). Leads are considered unqualified Opportunities. In other words, a Lead can easily become an Opportunity. The data that is entered into when creating a Lead maybe different when that Lead becomes an Opportunity ⤵

The Opportunities Menu

The Opportunities Menu allows you to create Opportunities, modify them, view and organize or sort them, as well as follow your Opportunities (or those of your team) throughout the stages of your Pipeline. Here you can link the Contacts related to your Opportunity as well as the Account record (the company you hope to do business with, or already do business with)

The Accounts Menu

The Accounts Menu allows you to create Accounts (names and data on the companies you hope to or are already doing business with). Once an Account record is in Pipeliner, the Owners and Editors of those Account records will be able to link those records with the names of the Contact record (name of the people associated with that Account) and any Prospective Leads or Opportunities with that company (Account record). Then you will able to easily visualize such things as all the deals (opportunities) that are open, won and/or lost with that company over any period of time you choose.

NOTE: If that data contains addresses, then Pipeliner can map out the location of one or multiple account records

The Contacts Menu

The Contacts Menu allows you to create Contacts (names and data on the people you communicate with or those that are referring business to you). Once a Contact record is in Pipeliner, the Owners and Editors of those Contact records will be able to link those records with the names of the Account records (companies those contacts work for) and the Prospective Leads or Opportunity records associated with that contact. Then you will able to easily visualize such things as seeing the relationship your Contacts have with a specific Opportunity.

NOTE: If that data contains addresses, then Pipeliner can map out the location of one or multiple account records

The Activities Menu

The Activities menu will show you all the activities you (or your team) has in Pipeliner. This is another place where you can view your activities or those of your team, or even create activities

NOTE: When creating activities, link them to any of the related entities such as Opportunities, Accounts, and/or Contacts)

Feeds Menu

The Feeds menu allows you to see the emails that have been sent or received to or from your Contacts whose email addresses are already n Pipeliner. In addition, the Feeds will allow you to see messages that your team or you posted related to a specific entity ⤵

Reports Menu

The Reports Menu allows you (or your team), to view charts, or  create a spreadsheet. Reports can be shared with others by the person who created them. There are several different types of Reports available such as a Standard report, Pivot Table report, and Advanced report ⤵

Insights Menu

The Insights Menu allows you (or your team), to view information about the people, the Opportunities, and the processes that have been put into place in your Pipeliner. The information here could assist your team or managers to make better business decisions ⤵

Archive Menu

The Archive menu is used to house Opportunities that were lost somewhere through the stages of the sales process, so that if those opportunities come back at some point in the future, you can reactive them without having to re-create them. It is also a place where, if you are the owner of an Opportunity, you would be able to delete the Opportunity.

Lastly, it can also house the Opportunities you have won if you prefer not to see them in the Opportunity Pipeline any longer ⤵

Application Toolbar

Pipeliner’s Toolbar for each menu is at the top of the page. The tools that appear on the toolbar are those appropriate for use in the page you are currently on. If any Tool is greyed out — it is inactive and unavailable to be used at that time. This mostly occurs when you haven’t yet selected the item you want to work on.

EXAMPLE: not selecting an Opportunity will not make the Archive tool available, but selecting an Opportunity will make the Archive tool active and available. The types of tools available will be dependant on what you are working on and where you are. You will get the tools you need in the places in the system where you will need them.

Above the Toolbar is another bar with additional items to assist you when using Pipeliner ⤵
