This article covers the following topics:

It’s common situation that you get data from the same source to import at different times — maybe it’s a monthly Lead List from a data provider or a regular export of Won Opportunities (Orders) from a third party system. You can streamline these repetitive imports by saving your field mappings as an Import Template which you can re-use. You can also share your saved Templates with your colleagues.

Saving an Import Template

Once you’ve completed your mapping, click on the three dots icon and choose "Save As" or start a brand new Import Template by clicking on the three dots icon ⤵

Give your template a name and click on “Save” ⤵

Sharing your Import Mapping Template

Once you’ve saved your mapping Template, you can “Share” your new view with your colleagues by clicking on the three dots icon again.

NOTE: You can also “Save As” a new template, “Rename” or “Remove” your Template ⤵

Sharing works exactly as it does throughout Pipeliner — you can make your Template “Public” if it should be available for every user or use “Custom” to share with specific colleagues who will be importing Leads ⤵
