Guidance for setting up your own scheduling pages for Intro Calls, Consultation Calls, Planning Calls and Wrap up Calls

Updated over a week ago

Overview

The Appointment Scheduler is going to allow your contacts to schedule the Introduction Call, the Consulting Call and the 45 day planning call directly from a link in an email.

First, each of you needs to set up your scheduling pages. This article has all the background detail that you need so please read this first and then come back here for some more customised guidance.

Once you've created the pages, the links can be included in the automatic emails that are sent by the Automatizer workflow engine.

Setting up the Intro Call page

Create a new page for a one-to-one meeting.

In the Overview tab, you'll want to change the page name (click on the pencil symbol and then the tick to apply your name) as well as the Scheduler Appointment Name that your contacts will see ⤵

Click on the Availability tab to add your availability for meetings, buffer times and notice period ⤵

In the Form & Data tab, make sure you choose "Wedding Intro Call" as the appointment type that will be created in Pipeliner ⤵

You can leave the settings as in on the Confirmation Page tab ⤵

Finally, on the Automation tab, decide if you want to see your contact an appointment reminder by enabling the toggle ⤵

Once you've done the Intro Call page, repeat the steps to create new pages for the Consultation Call, Planning Call and Wrap Up Call.

Once these are completed, we'll be able to include your specific links in email templates for you to select and use and also in emails sent out from by the Automatizer workflow engine.

Remember you'll also need to enable your Office 365 email and calendar integrations.
