Enter the Admin Module — from the Pipeliner CRM Application, click on the App Switcher in the top left corner:

How to Deactivate a User
EXAMPLE: Someone in your company will no longer be a Pipeliner User, or someone who is a Pipeliner user is leaving your company and you want to ensure they do not have access to information in Pipeliner.
From the Units, Users & Roles menu, select the "Users" tab, and select the individual who you want to make inactive. Select the "Deactivate" button which appears on the toolbar.
As soon as a user is deactivated, they can no longer access Pipeliner AND their license is available to be used for a new user.
NOTE: You would usually want to assign the records that they own to someone else, who may be an existing user or, more usually, a new starter before deactivating. You can’t bulk update records that belong to an Inactive user though you can change the Owner manually.
How to update the records a User Owns to another User
Ownership (and Bulk Update) are tools that you can use to quickly update a value on multiple records.
EXAMPLE: Change the ownership from person 1 to person 2 on all the Account Records that person 1 is the current owner of.
Ownership updates are performed from inside the User Application and not from the Admin Module.
You’ll need to change the owner separately for each type of entity i.e. you can't change the Owner on Accounts and Contacts all at the same time - you'll do Contacts first and then Accounts separately (or vice versa!).
EXAMPLE: If you are changing ownership from person 1 to person on all entities, you will need to perform an Ownership update once for Leads, once for Accounts, once for Contacts, and once for Opportunities.
Modifying the Ownership on Opportunities: first modify your view to the list view, next filter to all opportunities owned by person 1.
Use the Power Panel to filter by the current owner.
Next tick all the records you would like to modify or select all using the check box at the top left of the columns:
Select the "Ownership" button from the toolbar. Select if you only want to modify those you have selected or everything you see on this screen.
Make your selections for the new sales unit and new owner (as appropriate). You'll need to untick the checkbox "Keep the original owner as editor" or your old user will remain as an Editor on the realloated records:
Click on "Save".
NOTE: You cannot undo this action so make sure you’re working with the right set of records and you’ve chosen the right options.
Once you’ve completed your Owner changes, go ahead and deactivate your user.
NOTE: Once a user is set to Inactive status, then you will have their Pipeliner License available to be assigned out to someone else by utilizing the Invite button.
Reassigning a user
Sometime you might add a user with an incorrect email address or maybe you thought they were going to use Pipeliner but they changed job role. In this sort of example, where the user doesn’t own historical records in the App (for example, Won and Lost Opportunities or Completed Activities), you can simply choose to reassign their user login to a brand new user. Use the "Reassign" button.
The New User will receive an email similar to this with a link for the new user to access Pipeliner:
NOTE: If there is data in Pipeliner belonging to the old user, it will now ALL belong to the brand new user — this will include completed activities as well as Won and Lost Opportunities from the past. It will be as though the old user never existed as a user! It’s for this reason that you’ll normally choose to bulk update records and then deactivate users who have been actively using Pipeliner for some time.
NOTE: Admin module is available in all tiers of Pipeliner CRM. Bulk update is not available in Starter Tier. Custom User Roles, Custom Activities and Custom Fields are available only in Enterprise Tier.
