Overview
The Voyager AI Online Form Agent is the next huge leap forward in using the power of AI to streamline how users work in Pipeliner. Online Forms is used by the majority of our customers but it can take time to create the form, add each field and to then adjust the layout. Now though, Voyager AI will do the heavy lifting for users who can instruct the agent to create the form using natural language.
Please note that this feature was first released in Beta in 5.13 with enhancements in 5.14 and additional features and updates planned for future releases.
The Voyager AI Agent can:
Create a new online form based on the prompt
Create name & description
Generate a header image
Update existing forms based on the text prompt
Create new fields with titles, descriptions, and values including new fields that are related to fields in Pipeliner Entities (existing radio groups or multi-select fields, for example) for better mapping
Reuse existing Online Form fields
How to create an Online Form using the AI Agent
Click on the Create with AI Beta button and then select the main entity that the Online Form should be based on and then Continue ⤵
Select from one of the suggested prompts "as is" or with additional input or type your prompt from scratch and then click on the arrow to begin generation of the form ⤵
A draft Online Form will appear on screen with the AI dialog open at the bottom of the screen ready for the user to add additional prompts to update the content and layout for the Online Form ⤵
Clicking on the lightbulb icon "Show Suggested Prompts" will display suggested prompts for different types of Form based on the selected entity and clicking on one of the suggestions will insert the suggested text into the AI prompt box ⤵
Closing the suggestions panel will display the draft form. Fields that have been newly created by the AI Agent will be flagged as New ⤵
Clicking on the AI button in the top menu will open/close the AI dialogue. The “Show Recent Prompts” button gives access to previous text prompts and allows them to be re-used by clicking on any of the displayed options. This will then populate the text prompt box and can be applied by clicking on the arrow ⤵
"Show Suggested Prompts" will display suggestions for modifications to the draft form. You can choose from these or type your own ⤵
You can also change the Language and select from predefined actions:
Add new field
Change tone
Rephrase field
Add field option(s) - add new dropdown values, for example
Updating a single field
Clicking on an individual field or header gives access to the AI Agent for that specific field only - this can be used to add a description of the individual field, for example ⤵
Fields that have been modified are tagged as “Updated” ⤵
All changes can be applied by clicking Accept or reversed by clicking Undo. Once you're happy with the content and layout of the Form, you need to click on the Create button in order to create the form and you can then add the required Settings such as record matching ⤵
Multiple fields in a single row
The AI agent can create a more draft form using several fields in a single row to create more comprehensive and structured forms.
The AI will:
decide based on the request which fields should be in one row
place fields such as Name fields, Email & Phone, and address fields in one row
when AI realizes that the form has several similar fields - such as multi-select or radio fields - they will be placed in one row
put multiple fields in a row when prompted explicitly by users asking the AI to create a compact form for embedding, or to put multiple fields in a row
Header Picture Generation
When you create a new form, the AI agent will generate an image based on the prompt automatically
On existing forms, the AI agent will not generate the image automatically - it is on request
You can use the respective AI mini widget for the header or use the main prompt and ask for new images there

Is my customer data at risk? / Where is our data sent for processing? / How do we know our data is secure?
These Voyager AI features use only Amazon AI services. The entire Pipeliner environment and the new AI features both run within the same geolocated AWS environment. Amazon AI processed data will NEVER leave this environment or geolocation. Any of your data processed by Amazon AI is not stored and used to train models in Amazon. We have also added guardrails to prevent harmful, biased, unauthorized behavior or profanity
