Dashboard on the Mobile App
Obtain a high level business overview, or drill down to the details all in one menu.
After downloading the Mobile app on your mobile device, sign in. Use the same login information as when you login into your web Pipeliner CRM application.
Click on the "Menu", and select the "Dashboard" ⤵
The Dashboard contains "Cards". Each "Card" can be reversed to the backside of the card where you can select from the options of the things you want to see on the front.
The Business Overview Card
Click the "Cog Wheel" icon in the upper right of this card to see the content of the card change based on the status of the Opportunities:
"Red" — Lost Opportunities
"Green" — Won Opportunities
"Blue" — Open Opportunities
Press the "Show Opportunities" link to see the details of all the opportunities based on the status shown on the wheel ⤵
The Opportunities Comparison Card
Click the "Cog Wheel" icon in the upper right of this card to turn the card over and set the Status of the Opportunities you would like to compare.
Compare your Opportunities based on the Account, Account Class, Owner, or Sales Unit by selecting one of the wheels.
Next select from the tabs across the top of the page if you would like to compare "Open", "Won" or "Lost" Opportunities ⤵
For this example we will select the Ownership wheel, then turn the wheel to the notch to see the Opportunities owned by one of the sales reps and what percentage of the total Open Opportunities this represents in terms of value (monetary value), as well as how many Open Opportunities they have.
NOTE: What you have the rights to see (e.g. Opportunities owned by other people), is setup by your Administrator.
Press the Show Opportunities link to see the details of all the opportunities based on the status and owner shown on the wheel ⤵
The Trend Overview Card
Click the "Cog Wheel" icon in the upper right of this card to turn the card over and select the type of target amounts you would like to see on the front of the card. Please read this article to understand the various targets that are available ⤵

The Pipeline Overview Card
For customers with multiple pipelines, compare your Opportunities based on the Pipeline they are in.
Next select the Pipeline by pressing anywhere in that Pipeline section of the card.
Here you can see the level of Opportunities based on the step they are in. At the top of this page are tabs where you can choose from the Open, active pipeline or the Archive (Lost) pipeline.
Swipe up or press on the column chart to see more details of how many and the total value of those opportunities in each step ⤵
The Top Opportunities Card
Click the "Cog Wheel" icon in the upper right of this card to turn the card over and select the status of the Opportunities you would like to see on the front of the card. Then choose to see 3, 5, or 10 Opportunities at a time on the front of the card ⤵
At the top of this page select from the tabs if you would like to see the top value (based on the monetary value) of opportunities that are "Open", "Won" or "Lost" ⤵
Select any one that you would like to see in more detail ⤵
The Health Card
Click the "Cog Wheel" icon in the upper right of this card to turn the card over and select to view if you’d like to see if Opportunities and/or Activities are on time or overdue on the front of the card ⤵
Select the Overdue bubble to see how many Opportunities and how many Activities are past the dates they should have been completed ⤵
Select the On Time bubble to see how many Opportunities and how many Activities have met the dates they were to be completed ⤵
Select the Health analysis section to see the details of all the Opportunities and Activities (selected from the tabs at the top of the page) that meet that criteria ⤵
Drill down further into an individual activity or opportunity by selecting it from the list.
The Activity Performance Card
Click the "Cog Wheel" icon in the upper right of this card to turn the card over and select the types of Activities you’d like to view on the front of the card ⤵
In addition select the Comparison tab on the top of the card to select what you want to compare on the front of the card. Compare either the Time link or Subject. (If selecting Subject, also select all the specific users you would like to compare activities against, or by sales unit) ⤵
The front of the card will display these selected activities by month. Swipe to the left to view a line chart of the comparison or select the Comparison tab ⤵
Select by touching the chart you see. The activities are displayed by month. Swipe up to see how many of each type of activity was created in the month including new Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, or Leads that were created in the month (if they were selected on the back of the card) ⤵
Drill down further into each of the types of activities by first selecting the month you want to view from the chart, then selecting the activity type (i.e. Tasks). From here you can select any individual activity to see the details of that specific one ⤵
